Here's an emu and other bird, forgot what it's called..
Cute..? Hmm..
Cute, but not as cute as the pygmy falcons that I couldn't get a picture of due to camera issues..

Maybe they played too much. They were very tired looking.

Computer's more or less fixed now, so I can finally upload some photos from last weekend. Here are two of the volunteers I met who were showing everyone two of the goats.
I also saw this keeper feeding and checking on the hippo and pygmy hippo. They seemed to like her too.

Today was not a good day to be at the zoo.. or even to be outside at all. It rained almost the entire day, so most of the animals were inside. The red pandas didn't have an outside house and their entrance gate was closed. but they didn't seem to mind being out in the rain. They were jumping and rolling and playing with each other the entire time I was there.
Red pandas are curious people.
See moar:
- Fuzzy red things -- too quick for me to get clear pictures.
- Soggy puff, looking for his sister (or her brother, I don't know which is which yet).

So I'm in the process of giving this blog a decent layout, although it's kind of hard since I'm teh suck at xml.
Anyways, here's one of the male cheetahs at the National Zoo.
